School Administrator (DBS checked & on Update Service)

Immediate Start On going temporary Contract Must be DBS checked and on the Update Service Rugby based £12 per hour 37.5 hours per week Our client, a very friendly school in Rugby is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist their busy department. Main Tasks: Act as first point of contact for the department Maintain and update their department database. Manage day to day queries from pupils, staff, parents, etc. Record and distribute notes at meetings Ensure that invoices and expense forms are coded Arrange catering for events Co-ordinate room bookings Co-ordinate lesson plans Process billings for music lessons Person Spec At least 2 years experience within a busy office environment Excellent communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel Superb organisational skills The ability to prioritise your workload effectively Must hold an Enhanced DBS and be on the Update Service Please call us for an informal chat about the role.
