Subject Specialist Teacher Location: Basildon, Essex Position: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Subject Specialist Teacher (Maths, English, Science or Languages) to join a secondary school in Basildon. As a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, contributing to the development of the curriculum, and supporting students in achieving their academic potential. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators, ensuring that students are motivated and supported in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your subject area, tailored to the needs of all students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid improvement. Contribute to the development and planning of the subject curriculum. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their academic and personal growth. Participate in professional development to further enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
