Director of Engineering Cambridge Generous compensation packages & Considerable bonuses A US-based specialized technology firm is seeking a Director of Engineering to spearhead the development and deployment of next-generation ultra-low latency trading infrastructure across 150 global markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with international teams and shape the future of financial technology. You will be involved in coordinating global, cross-functional teams across hardware, software, DevOps, and trading systems along with align goals and streamline communication between diverse teams. You'll also translate design priorities into actionable project plans, manage high-priority tasks and resolve inter-team dependencies and refine processes for seamless integration during rapid development cycles.
