Start date: Immediatley Responsibilities: Carry out routine and emergency plumbing maintenance tasks at luxury residential properties. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipework, heating systems, and water filtration units. Conduct thorough assessments to identify and resolve plumbing issues, providing accurate estimates of time and materials required. Communicate effectively with the clients, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Preferably Gas Safe Registered. (advantageous) Proven experience in high-end residential plumbing maintenance and installations, with a strong focus on quality workmanship. Advanced English communication skills to engage professionally with clients and provide clear updates on work progress. Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and system faults. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools related to plumbing systems. Clean UK Drivers Licence Personal Attributes: Professional, client-facing demeanour, with a clean and presentable appearance to reflect the company’s high standards. Highly motivated and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.
