Senior Sales Manager London / Hybrid £80-100k OTE Bonuses Our client is a leading VAR/MSP. They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the team and help build out a sales division. The role will see you looking after an existing team of sales professionals, including a Sales Manager. The remit of the Senior Sales Manager: To develop and grow the existing team Identify and implement training opportunities Help Account Directors with their business Mentor and manage Sales Managers to help them in their personal and management development Recruit sales members into the team Recruit additional Sales Managers into the team Perform management 1:1 Work with the Senior Leadership team on strategy and growth plans Interested?
