PLASMA CUTTER/ PLASMA MACHINIST We are recruiting for a Plasma Cutter/Plasma Machinist to work for our client who are in Sheffield, South Yorkshire THE DUTIES OF A PLASMA CUTTER: Plasma burning / Plasma cutting metal products. Be competent in setting and operating plasma machines Read and understand engineering drawings Cut steel ranging from 3mm-20mm in thickness Ensure all products are cut accurately to specifications ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: Minimum 2 years' experience working within an engineering environment Excellent communication skills Ability to work from specifications, drawings, and instructions Experience operating a plasma-cutting machine Meticulous attention to quality checks against specifications Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable THE HOURS: Days : Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm; Friday 7am – 3pm THE PAY: You will earn an hourly rate of £13.50.
