Electronics Team Lead As the selected Electronics Team Lead, you’ll lead an expert team and oversee the design, architecture and delivery of multi-award-winning communication products supplied globally to a client base across private sector security to through defence and government. Responsibilities for the role of Electronics Team Lead will include: • Manage and guide a talented team of electronic engineers to deliver innovative solutions. • Create an environment with a focus on delivery, ownership and driving high performance. • Provide technical input directly to projects. • Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure resources are effectively allocated. • Liaise with the CTO and Product Managers to support delivery of the product strategy roadmap and create the electronics roadmap. • Set and review objectives for the engineering teams to help them grow and achieve their full potential. • Ensure that the skills and experience of the electronics teams is mapped and is consistent with the technological and business needs. As the Electronics Team Lead, your background will include: • Hardware Development : You will come from an electronics background with extensive experience of hardware-based development projects from concept through to delivery. • Hardware Architecture : You will have a good understanding of hardware systems and architecture • Team Leadership & Management : Team leadership and interpersonal skills are essential including recruitment, mentoring & coaching. • Communication : You have a demonstrable ability to communicate in a variety of formats at all levels with an appreciation of target audience. • Strategy & Planning: You are able to create development strategies and deliver them through clear plans and efficient execution.
