An innovative fintech company, renowned for its analytics solutions for financial professionals, is seeking a Tech Lead to join their growing team. As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing products that enhance the company’s digital landscape. With a strong focus on backend development in Node.js and Python and experience with AWS services, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact across all of the company’s interfaces, new features, and data strategies. What You’ll Do Develop New Product Features: Drive new product initiatives from initial conception through to deployment. Consult & Collaborate: Work closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement optimal solutions. Build and Secure Architecture: Lead strong architectural design patterns and integrate robust solutions across the platform. Innovate in a Start-Up Culture: Work within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment that values creativity and agility. Ideal Profile You are a passionate, self-motivated engineer with a deep understanding of modern software engineering practices. You enjoy collaborating with customers and teams and have the technical and interpersonal skills to inspire others.
