Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) - Nursing home - up to £48,300 per annum PLEASE NOTE, WE DON'T OFFER S P O N S O R S H I P Position: Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) Location: Liverpool, Merseyside Salary: £20.12 - £21.12p/h up to £48,300 The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview. Hours: Full time 44h Nights Contract Type: Permanent The care home is registered for 150 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia, Head & Brain injuries and physical disabilities. We are looking for compassionate nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with nursing home / care home experience looking for a step up into a leadership position. Equally if you already are in a leadership or management position looking for a change, we want to hear from you The role as a Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ): - Resident Care: Oversee and assist with nursing care, ensuring residents' health and well-being. - Staff Support: Supervise and guide nurses and care staff with practical advice and problem-solving. - Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards. - Team Leadership: Lead care, facilities, and administration teams during night shifts. - Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Management Support: Assist the general and deputy managers as needed. - Organization Values: Uphold and promote company policies, procedures, and values. - Resident Independence: Foster a home-like environment, supporting residents' independence, choice, and privacy.
