Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I am working with one of the countries leading Tier 1 Main Contractors that are set to deliver a £25m commercial build on the outskirts of Bristol. Following a record breaking year last year, my client are now looking to further grow by developing a presence in the South West. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in management of subcontractor accounts Ensuring costings are accurate and preparing budgets Procuring packages Assist with budget control throughout project development This role would suit someone who has experience in the above and can hit the ground running.
