Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Senior Project Manager to join our client, a reputable construction company based in North Yorkshire, Yorkshire. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing a complex Care Home construction project from inception to completion, ensuring that its completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to maintain the high standards of quality and safety that the company is known for. Your leadership and strategic oversight will be critical in driving project success and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management or construction (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Willingness to travel as required for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
