Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification are essential. Experience with dilapidations and site inspections. First Aid certification is an advantage. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
