CCNA Network Engineer

We are looking for a talented Network Engineer with a CCNA certification to join our clients dynamic IT team Key Responsibilities: Provision of Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting Install, configure and maintain reliable network infrastructures Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Implement and optimise network security measures. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability. Provide technical support and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain up-to-date network documentation and configurations. Required Qualifications: CCNA Certification – must be current Experience within an ITIL environment Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN). Experience with network automation and scripting. Understanding of cloud networking and virtualisation.
