TITLE: Customer Service Administrator - Waste management My client is a total Waste Management solution provider. I am recruiting on their behalf for skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Package: Full Time - £30K basic, Life Insurance and Pension, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical and life insurance Hours 9 -5pm Location:- Bristol Previous Job Titles- Customer Service Administrator, Telesales Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Business Administrator, Account Manager, Internal Sales, Customer Support Executive Previous Industries - Any industry where you have had customer service and administration experience ROLE- Customer Service Administrator - Waste management You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. In this position, you will be happy to work independently and as part of a team to ensure process runs smoothly. You will be happy to go the extra mile to provide clients with a first- class service, assist them with any issues and set up new clients on the portal. Managing the CRM system, answering incoming calls and emails Helping sales team with quotations, raising purchase orders and checking invoices Assisting with improving the supply chain EXPERIENCE Previous experience within an administration department, or similar role is essential. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, paying attention to detail. You must be IT literate and have experience of using internal CRM systems.
