Job Title: Finishing Foreman Location: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Northampton Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction. New Build Housing, House Building Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Per annum Car allowance Discretionary bonus Qualifications: CSCS card, First Aid, Driving License, SSSTS is desired Company Branding: A medium sized Housing Developer are looking for a Finishing Foreman for their Northampton sites. They specialise in bespoke new build housing sites ranging from 10-50 units. Job Duties: Oversee the finishing stage of construction projects on Northampton sites Ensure quality standards are met and work is completed on schedule Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Manage site health and safety procedures Report progress to the Site Manager Experience: Prior experience as a Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager for a Housing Developer. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints Good problem-solving abilities Working Conditions: Work on construction sites in various weather conditions.
