Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter Location: Bristol Job Type: Permanent Overview: Mobile Plant Fitter Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Mobile Plant Fitter to join an established Plant Hire company based in Bristol. As the Mobile Fitter/Mechanic you will be tasked with repair, service, and inspect plant and equipment. This role involves working on machinery ranging from excavators, dumpers, and telehandlers from leading manufacturers. What do I need? Proven experience with machinery like excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, and rollers. Strong understanding of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Recognized qualification in plant maintenance and repair. Full UK driving license Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair equipment faults in line with manufacturer guidelines to minimize downtime. Perform routine servicing of equipment as per manufacturer recommendations. The following is desirable: Training with relevant manufacturers (preferred). Other Benefits: 28 days holiday, including bank holidays. Company van, mobile phone, on-site parking, and pension scheme. Monday to Friday generally, overtime available evenings and weekends, with occasional overnight stays
