Hire Controller

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Hire Controller to work in a busy depot, based in Hull. The position is a full time permanent role. Duties will include, but not limited to; Answering calls from customers, checking stock & taking orders Calling customers to inform of any off hire charges Managing customers delivery expectations General administration duties Checking returned products & report any faults/damages General site maintenance and housekeeping duties The right candidate will have; Experience in a similar role An excellent approach to customer service A pro-active and organised approach Experience with Microsoft Office packages Full Uk driving licence Attention to detail Hours Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Salary negotiable depending on experience
