Job Description

My client, a prestigious Legal 500 firm renowned for its quality of work and supportive culture, is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Property Department. You will provide essential support to Fee Earners, ensuring an efficient and seamless conveyancing process. The Role Providing conveyancing quotes and opening new files Handling client and estate agent queries, delivering updates promptly Preparing files for completion, managing post-completion tasks and archiving Maintaining accurate attendance notes and undertaking dictation Ensuring AML compliance and obtaining necessary documentation Updating LMS, Lender Exchange and submitting registrations Scanning and allocating post electronically and to physical files Managing client and office ledgers and handling general administration Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls You Minimum 6 months of experience in a Residential Conveyancing department Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, including Land Registry and compliance requirements Proficiency in LMS, Lender Exchange, and case management systems Excellent client care and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary Life assurance Birthday holiday Subsidised legal services Career development opportunities in a highly regarded legal 500 firm A collaborative and supportive working environment This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience to progress and become part of a well-regarded legal 500 team.
