COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 5 PQE BISHOPS STORTFORD, HERTS £60,000 - £80,000 QED Legal are keen to speak with a Commercial Property Solicitors or Solicitor with specialism in Real Estate, regarding a role we have for a well-respected and recognised Legal 500 law firm in Bishops Stortford, Herts. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience within commercial property, be capable of managing a mixed & varied HNW real estate caseload. They're a very nice firm with an excellent culture keen to progress their staff. The successful department you will join which is a medium-sized commercial property team & work on some really interesting workload. You will be expected to be billing well and have a portfolio managing a caseload with experience of property values in the millions, and handling mixed caseload of sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, property acquisitions and disposals, corporate support work and little bit development work.
