CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR Construction Solicitor - Milton Keynes Our client is a market-leading practice with a first class reputation. They are now seeking to recruit a construction solicitor into their friendly Real Estate team. The role will be suitable for applications from qualified solicitors from associate to partner level. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered. The position, located in Milton Keynes, will cover predominately non-contentious construction law with some contentious construction on occasion. The work will include construction contracts and sub-contracts, third party rights schedules, collateral warranties and novation agreements. This construction solicitor position offers excellent career progression prospects to the successful candidate, who will have excellent negotiating skills, a proven record of academic success and have strong career ambitions. It would be advantageous to have experience acting for developers and contractors. Flexible working arrangements are available with this role.
