Job description Toolmaker Location: Pershore, Worcestershire Schedule: 4-day week, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (39 hours) Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) Are you an experienced Toolmaker looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our precision engineering team. With upcoming retirements in our toolroom, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and play a key part in the future of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain manual lathes, millers, and surface grinders. Work with CNC vertical milling machines (experience preferred but not essential). Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing. Maintain, repair, and produce press tools as required. Assist with power press maintenance and support the press shop when needed. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a toolroom or machine shop environment. Strong proficiency in manual machining; CNC knowledge is an advantage. A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. A proactive and adaptable mindset to support a busy production team
