Grinder

Here at Sterling Recruitment Services we are recruiting a Grinder on a permanent basis for our client based in the Gateshead area. Working hours are Working a 3 shift system Days, Backs and Nights 37 hours per week on a rota basis. Duties include; To undertake metal grinding operations using shop floor equipment Read and work from engineering drawings Produce parts within quality standard required Work to tight tolerances Be flexible across machine shop/factory Assist team leader as required Candidate Criteria Time served competent grinder Extensive grinding experience in engineering organisations Be able to do surface and cylindrical grinding Work to detail and fine tolerances Flexible and able to work overtime as required
