Key Responsibilities • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC multi-spindle machines to produce precision components. • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance. • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as required. • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards. What we’re looking For • Proven experience as a CNC Multi-Spindle Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
