Estimator £75,000 package The Company This Estimators role is with one of the UK’s major main contractors. They have established themselves as being a leading main contractor in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £20m – £500million. This current position is for an Estimator to work on tenders for new build data centres, logistics and distribution centre schemes. The Role We are looking for an Estimator who can hit the ground running and your role will include: Take responsibility for the estimating function on less complex bids Preparation of cost estimates Detailed comparison of subcontractors quotations Implement core process/internal governance throughout the tender process Client and external consultant liaison Completion of fully considered tenders at settlement stage Advise on finalisation matters of risk, qualification and margin Successful post tender negotiations Ideally you will have experience of both sub and super-structure works.
