Group Financial Controller

Your new company Fantastic growth focussed business which sells to consumers across the UK. PE backed with the ambition to triple EBITDA in the next 3 years. Multi-entity group with a number of trading streams. Your new role As Group Financial Controller you will be a key member of the finance leadership team. You will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations and controls of the business. This includes ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance assurance, and the implementation of effective financial controls across the group Responsibilities will cover: Financial Reporting under IFRS Financial Planning and Analysis Compliance & Governance Treasury Management Team Leadership. Mergers & Acquisitions Shareholder engagement This role will help the business to achieve it's strategic growth plans and to deliver a significant uplift in EBITDA. It will give you exposure to a PE backed business and the opportunity to provide the leadership and change to deliver real results. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a technically strong qualified accountant with excellent leadership skills. You should have a minimum of 5 years exposure to financial management with strong experience in consolidation, budgeting and reporting.
