Interim Financial Controller

Your new company An exciting Property Development SME is looking for a Financial Controller to run the day-to-day operations of the finance department supporting the C-Suite and Senior Team, whilst overseeing a small department. Your new role The Financial Controller will be an all-rounder due to the size of the organisation, completing duties such as - Financial Reporting Financial Analysis Month-End and Year-End Close Internal Controls Financial Modelling Preparing financial statements Management accounts. What you'll need to succeed As a qualified accountant with SME property company experience, you will be immediately available to start working. This role will be the main point of contact in finance, so you will be expected to have experience in financial controllership having worked in a similar role previously.
