With an increasing workload of audit, groups and corporations, they need to add to their experienced team of corporate tax professionals. This growing firm has an interesting mix of corporate tax compliance and advisory work to give to the successful candidate, along with the flexibility and scope to broaden their range of tax work. Your new role The part-time Corporate Tax Assistant Manager will lead the corporate tax compliance and advisory work for the firm, leading on tax compliance and advisory work for groups, property companies, investment companies, holding companies, R&D claims, large corporations with a turnover of £1million. A range of interesting and complicated tax work is on offer to take the lead on. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have extensive experience of working in similar corporate tax compliance and advisory work in practice. A CTA qualification is desired but not essential. Knowledge and experience of working in a corporate tax team in a firm that offers services to a range of clients, from groups to investment companies What you'll get in return This firm offers flexible working arrangements and can accommodate a part-time Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to work flexibly during the firm's core hours of 10-4pm. The office is open between 8-6pm, but flexibility is on offer for the right person and shorter hours or fewer days of 3 days a week is on offer for the right person. Working in a collaborative team with lots of support around you from directors, partners and managers within the tax function initially, but autonomy is on offer for an experienced corporate tax leader.
