Family Paralegal

A Legal Aid Family Paralegal is required to join a progressive practice on a full time permanent basis close to Canterbury. This is an office based role where you will be able to grow and develop further. Key duties to include: Experience working knowledge of legal aid and CCMS Document preparations Working with clients, Courts and other fee earners. Experience of legal systems and a case management system The successful candidate will have: Previous Family legal aid Paralegal experience is essential - at least 6 months Law Degree of 2:1 and above. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools Salary is around the £26,000 - £27,000 mark 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Free Car Parking If you have at least 6 months Family Paralegal experience and would like to hear more, please click "Apply" and Victoria at Eclectic Recruitment will be in touch
