In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the Repairs and Spares administration process. This includes handling emails, preparing quotes, and maintaining customer communication. A solid understanding of basic laptop, phone, and desktop components is essential for this position, as it will help you thrive in this hands-on administrative role.
