Senior Sustainability Consultant SE London Brief Description: Part of a developing team that works closely alongside the retrofit team but also involved in new-build developments. Assisting in the delivery of projects, including carrying out energy and overheating assessments and feasibility studies. Attend meetings/workshops with the client and design team to discuss strategies and opportunities for energy conservation measures. Reporting back to the team/project leader on project progress and resource. Management and mentoring of junior staff. Skills / Experience: Preferred: - Energy Strategy Reports - Energy Calculations (SAP/ SBEM) - Summer Overheating / Thermal Comfort - Understanding of Part L1/L2, Part O, and TM59 - Experience using IES-VE - ModelIT, SunCast, MacroFlo, ApacheSim, VistaPro, VE Compliance - Experience using AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp - Experience using Elmhurst (or similar) Non-essential skills/experience: - Knowledge of TM52, TM54, and Part F - London Plan & PHPP - IES-VE - ApacheHVAC Some of the amazing benefits include: Flexible working hours Hybrid working (potential to work from office and home) Medicash health plan (money back on your dental, optical, physio appointments and more) Life assurance cover (four times annual salary) for all colleagues.
