Roofing Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Roofing Division Location: Yorkshire (Office-Based with Travel as Required) Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE Job Overview: We are recruiting for an Project Manager to join the roofing division of a well-established retail construction company based in Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a variety of roofing projects within the retail sector, working with a company that prides itself on delivering high-quality results. While experience in roofing is advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates with a strong construction background and a proven track record of managing projects will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects for retail clients. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. Attend site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports for senior management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Qualifications & Experience Required: Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within the retail or commercial sector. Roofing experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in project planning tools and techniques.
