Credit Controller

Credit Controller - Redditch (fully office based) Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a UK leading manufacturing and distribution company. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their finance team in their Redditch office The duties and responsibilities for the Credit Controller role include (but not limited to): Making and receiving telephone calls from businesses and individuals to recover outstanding debts Handling difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner with customers over the telephone Entering accurate records of conversations and payment agreements into a customer database Handling over a caseload of 500 customers Accurately entering customer payment details into our systems - ensuring these are entered correctly first time around The successful candidate will: Previous experience working in a credit control type role is desirable Clear and confident communications skills - both writing/data entry and over the telephone Being comfortable working to targets - earning more money based on your achievements Strong IT skills - we use different technologies and systems and need you to pick these up quickly Problem solving abilities - able to ask the right questions to get the information you need This is a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller looking for their next challenge in a long-standing, reputable business.
