CNC Programmer Setter Operator

Janco Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer Setter Operator on behalf of their clients based in Halesowen. The CNC Programmer Setter Operator will work alongside a small team to produce high quality products. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The salary range for this role is between £30,000 pa to £37,000,experience dependent. Job role and duties; Reading from drawings to program, set and operate machinery Produce high quality products Work in line with company procedures and machine capability Conduct quality checks on finished products using basic maths for measurements. Troubleshoot issues with CNC machinery and implement solutions promptly. Maintain and improve productivity Work to company health and safety protocols and keep work area tidy at all times.
