Multiskilled Mainteance Engineer

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Salary: £38,500 Days Only role Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide mechanical maintenance, and facilities support across a site with industrial and commercial processes. The position requires a proactive, safety-conscious individual with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and repair faults on plant and machinery, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved effectively. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and actions on plant and machinery. Conduct scheduled servicing of machines and equipment. Oversee the installation, removal, and relocation of equipment and machines. Maintain factory and office working areas to a high standard. Support engineering projects and collaborate with team members to achieve objectives. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures. Perform additional duties to assist in meeting company objectives. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum ONC qualification or time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role. Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and power press equipment. City & Guilds 2381 & 2391 certifications and 18th Edition qualification are desirable but not essential. Core Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
