What You Will Do: Support the Commercial Team in managing commercial activities for UK and international companies. Raise CMC and SMI Contract Invoices monthly as required. Provide parts and labour service estimates, obtain purchase orders, and raise invoices for depots throughout Europe. Process Free of Charge (FOC) Invoices for contract parts issued to Service Contracts using Lotus and Syteline systems. Identify, check, raise quotations, and invoice for “chargeable” parts not included within service contracts. Assist in producing and sending Contract Price Indexation letters and managing Warranty claims. What You Will Bring: A steady and methodical work attitude with the ability to adapt to tight deadlines. Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organisational and investigative skills. Proficiency in IT, including data input, Outlook, Word, and Excel Desirable: Knowledge of Syteline and experience in invoicing contracts and/or raising warranty claims.
