ftware Development Manager - Surrey - .net technical stack managing on shore and off shore developers - paying up to £85000 depending on experience Exalto consulting are currently on the lookout for a new permanent software development manager - this is hybrid working from the clients head office in Surrey, you will be managing UK based developers and an off-shore team this is paying up to £85000 depending on experience. This is the technical exposure we need for the role - you do not need to be hands on now but you do need to be up to date with technology, have an interest and continue to move with the current tech. Detailed knowledge of cloud systems (AWS/Azure) C# development experience Good understanding of mobile development frameworks (ideally Flutter) Good understanding and experience of design patterns Good understanding of technical architectures (pros\cons) Experience running a complex, geographically dispersed development team (in the UK and offshore) Extensive historical full stack development experience A big focus on this role is been able to managed UK based developers whilst managing and engaging with offshore development specialist companies.
