Our client, a managed service provider is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Telco Engineer to join their team The Role: You’ll provide 2nd line support for telecom systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless system performance. Working with VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and mobile networks, this is your chance to work with cutting-edge technology and grow your expertise. Key Responsibilities: Resolve escalated issues from 1st line support. Configure, maintain, and monitor telecom systems. Manage incidents from start to resolution, including root cause analysis. Collaborate with 3rd line support and vendors on unresolved issues. What You Need: Experience: 2 years in a similar role within telecommunications. Skills: Expertise in VoIP, SIP, PSTN, mobile networks, and telecom infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls). Preferred: Certifications (Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network) and scripting knowledge (Python, Bash).
