Electrical Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. Duties Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Utilise Salesforce software for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales activities. Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients. Experience Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential. Salary and package negotiable, depending on experience
