Construction Manager

CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a Consruction Manager (Mechanically Biased) in London. Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage mechanical aspects of construction projects. Ensure all mechanical installations meet design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Resolve any on-site issues and provide technical support. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and report to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in mechanical construction management, particularly in M&E projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
