Based on site near Cambridge, would you relish the opportunity to join an established team working with one of the UK's most prestigious Building Services contractors? Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on a Government contract with M&E packages of up to £30M.Working with contractors and extensive knowledge of NEC4 Design and Build contracts would be advantageous as would experience of Pre and post contract strategies through conception to final account handover ensuring added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice at all times.
