Your new company High profile and prestigious business based in Bury St Edmunds. Your new role This is a newly created temporary HR Advisor to support the existing HR Team during a period of change. This will be a 2-month project-based role where you will be working alongside the wider HR Team and advising managers within the business. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need to be: Immediately available Extensive HR/ER experience at HR advisor level Great people, communication and stakeholder management skills Diplomatic, empathetic and a down-to-earth approach HR or change management project experienceWhat you'll get in return This role will offer a competitive hourly rate, working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
