Our next Sales Operations Associate will work to establish and retain strong and influential customer, supplier, and internal relationships. You will maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests. This is a great opportunity to set the foundation for an impactful and successful career at Arrow What You'll Be Doing: Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base. Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements. Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing. Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status. Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion. On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs. What We Are Looking For: 1 year of experience within similar roles. Advanced English skills (Conversation and written). Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or operations. Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home.
