WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Maximo Techno-Functional consultant We are seeking an experienced Maximo Techno-Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Maximo Asset Management. Experience in Calibration add-on and Maximo application suite is a plus. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work during PST working hours. Responsibilities Investigate and resolve support tickets on a day-to-day basis adhering to customer processes. Provide triaging support on the EAM platform to respective teams as part of incident/service requests. Fulfilling simple requests such as User creation requests, password resets, Data loading, etc Analyze business processes and requirements and providing solutions in Maximo to meet the requirements. Develop/configure the solution in Maximo for business requirements as part of Enhancements. Document response and resolution details. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Incident (for P1 & P2 only) Co-ordinate with IBM Product team for any fixes related to product bugs. Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and up to date. Perform recurring activities such as periodic system maintenance, patch updates, etc. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and customer expectations. Collaborate with Research and Development teams to integrate innovative solutions into projects. Guide and Lead the team for resolving day-to-day tickets and Maximo enhancements. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Must have in depth understanding of Maximo functionalities, especially in Assets, Planning, PM, Inventory & Work Order Management modules. Good to have knowledge of Maximo calibration add-on. Must have good working knowledge of Maximo data loading via MIF and knowledge of various interface protocols in MIF. Must have in depth understanding of Maximo architecture such as JVMs, Clusters, Webservers, Queues, etc. Must have expert knowledge on SQL. Must have good knowledge on developing a BIRT report & adhoc reports in Maximo. Must have in depth knowledge on Maximo technical applications such as: Database Configuration, Application designer, Escalations, Cron tasks, Workflow related applications. Must have good knowledge on Maximo Automation scripting. Must have leadership qualities and should be able to lead the team. Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Possess a proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges. Show a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
