WelcomeToCognizant We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Docubridge Support Engineer Requirements: • 5 years of Lorenz Docubridge experience as a Support Engineer. • Experience with Docubridge Configurations. • 2 years in an IT Admin role using the Docubridge application suite. • 2 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (agile/waterfall). • ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST • Location: CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Provide Docubridge system support to manage Docubridge Modules. • Work with the vendor for any major issues/bugs in the application. • Coordinate with the vendor for Docubridge product releases, including impact analysis and change implementation. • Utilize ITIL Service Management for handling incidents, service requests, problem, and change management.
