Job Description

What Will You Do? Follow up on transactions to ensure that the agreed quantities of products are delivered to the customer as specified in the sales offer/order, at the agreed time and place. How Will You Do It? Order Processing: Input orders into the system (various types of orders). Handle incoming calls. Send order confirmation to the customer (confirm delivery date based on availability, allow partial deliveries, etc.). Requirements: Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or related Previous experience in customer service or call center Advanced level of English (mandatory) Intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables) Effective communication, active listening, and customer orientation.
