Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor Location: Grays Salary: £90 - £160 per day Start Date: ASAP GSL Education are searching for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded school in Grays. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their work. Key Responsibilities: Provide supervision for classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment. Implement lesson plans as provided by the absent teacher and maintain classroom discipline. Support students in completing their work and provide feedback to teachers on student progress. Assist with examination supervision and accompany students on school trips when required. Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students effectively. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. A passion for education and supporting young people’s learning.
