A fabulous opportunity to join a fast growing Independently owned recruitment agency based in Coventry as a Recruitment Consultant. Due to growth of the branch there is a need to add an additional member of staff. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate a full 360 role within Industrial (but not restricted to this sector) across the local area. You will inherit clients, a warm database, joining like minded colleagues and a positive Branch Manager to provide the very best service to your clients and candidates. Supporting each other you will mutually benefit from cross-selling, support, on going training and development and much more. We are inviting applications from experienced Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate knowledge and experience and have a drive and passion to do a great job. You should know processes, legislation, pay/charge rates and who the local competitors are to map, identify and win new business, service it well and mutually gain financial rewards along the way.
