Job Description

Legal Receptionist A prestigious law firm is seeking a dedicated Legal Receptionist to join their dynamic front-of-house team. Salary: £31,000 Working Hours: 35 hours per week Company Culture: Collaborative and professional This role combines diverse reception responsibilities with administrative support for invoices. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional client service to visitors, both in person and via email or phone. Handle client interactions professionally, ensuring a seamless experience. Schedule and manage bookings for meeting and conference rooms. Oversee the organisation and maintenance of meeting spaces. Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier services. Administer security access for new hires and visitors. Provide client support, including taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, and document handling (printing, photocopying, etc.). Assist with invoice processing and uploading. Candidate Requirements: At least 6 months of experience in a receptionist, cabin crew, or similar client-facing role where delivering 5-star service was a priority. Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering great service. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach and pride in delivering high-quality work.
