Their London buildings structures team is seeking an experienced and dedicated structural engineer who has at least 5 years' design experience. You will manage teams, lead projects and contribute to the growth of the practice. Your previous experience should include design of building structures in varied sectors and in all traditional materials. Projects include residential, commercial and more. The role: Take a lead role in managing and delivering projects Lead and support the engineering team, ensuring output is of high standard Liaise with internal and external teams, including contractors Demonstrate your business development skills to maintain existing relationships and build new ones About you: Degree in civil or structural engineering Extensive experience in structural analysis and design of building structures Experience managing projects to successful delivery Excellent communication skills Strong team leadership skills Our client offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including private health care and hybrid working.
