Showroom Executive

Description We’re looking for an engaging Showroom Executive to join our dynamic team at our beautifully designed Clerkenwell showroom, located just moments from Farringdon station. The Details: Location: Turnmill Street, London, EC1M Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM (flexibility required for workshops/events) Salary: £35-£40k (DOE) Perks: Pension contributions, profit-sharing scheme, and progression opportunities. What You’ll Do: Welcome Guests: Host visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every experience is memorable. Support Sales: Provide quotations, upsell to onsite clients, and assist with admin tasks for the sales team. Showroom Operations: Keep the showroom organised, presentable, and inspiring, while managing samples and literature. Event Coordination: Assist with workshops and events, ensuring seamless execution. Client Relationships: Build rapport with clients, answer inquiries (phone, email, and in-person), and be the go-to contact. Work Independently: Take ownership of the space during lone working periods. Requirements Experience: Proven success in a client-facing role, ideally within a showroom. Personality: Charismatic, approachable, and a natural host with a keen eye for detail. Skills: Strong communication, organisational abilities, and creativity to maintain a visually compelling space.
